Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please keep your child well hydrated give massage to your child daily don't use soap while bathing your child don't give bath for more than 10 minutes. use any good brand lotion to keep your child skin well moistured ,I suggest Babyhug brand for this. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
