how to train my baby to eat. she is 7months old. she is spitting out and vomiting when I give rice, idli types of foods. how to start even though I give finger foods she can't eat. can you please help me

A. finger food is not age appropriate for a 6 month of age. Make him sit at one place like high chair, with your or his siblings. feed in small amount.
