my baby today morning to now vomiting 3_4 times l don't know why what can I do she eat morning idli afternoon rice give me solution

A. she might having sone infection , vomiting,Give syp vomikind 3 ml 2 times a day, Offer something to eat it drink 1 hours after giving medicine. give ors water.
