as your child is 1.5 year old , please don't take much stress for this .
start with day time first.
take your child for it at regular intervals
but please don't force your child
stay calm and positive
give positive reward like sticker of star smiles etc whenever your child uses washroom.
please don't scold or yell at your child for this.
