A. feed more frequently for training. avoid spoon or bottle feeding. mother should eat healthy and stay hydrated. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly. only more practice makes one perfect

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please consult with any lactation expert or you can take help of your elders. Also massage your breast before giving feed to your baby. Take care
