ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist3 years agoA. good reading habit , limited screen time , good physical activity along with interactive studies help in mind , brain sharpening. its the process which depends on multiple factors including surroundings, nutrition , good health. . praise appropriately. give starts , stickers for encouragement. have healthy environment. avoid comparison with others. let child do some decision making too in small things.
