Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi babies weight gain depends on their birth weight usually they gain 500grams per month. and ideally,3 months old baby should have weight between 3.5 to 5 kg please feed your child on demand. burp your baby well give Massage to your child daily provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
