how to take care in first 3 month of pregnancy.what precautions to be taken ,what to eat

A. Include fresh fruits, vegetables, cereals, pulses, meat, poultry, and dairy products in your pregnancy diet. Add fruit juices. Fresh fruits: 3-4 servings per day, Vegetables like pumpkin, spinach, kale, carrots and tomatoes : 3-4 servings per day, eat milk, cheese, butter and yoghurt. Include fibre in your diet so as to avoid constipation and have small meals all through the day to feel energetic. Drink adequate amounts of water and pep up your fluid intake.
