A. You should try to give foods of all food groups like Carbohydrates in the form of cereals potato proteins in the form of lentils curd paneer soya milk and milk products seasonal fruits and vegetables abd add desi ghee in meals

U Siri whatever we eat on an every day basis is the most healthy food to go for shift your child is eating everything that we then that’s good enough and also at this age you should try to share your plate with your child so that your child learns to eat everything whatever you are eating that way
