Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other facetors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroifd hormone . A good care along with mavintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

Try applying onion oil into your scalp three times in a week then keep it for half an hour and then you wash it is rabbit into the scalp properly and do it three times in a week gradually you will see that there will be a reduction in to your hairWrite Your Answer Here
