How to stop giving cow milk to toddler of 15months .she has habbit of drinking milk while she goes to sleep and how much milk should be given in a day

A. Restrict the amount of milk to 500 ML should not be given more than that because if you give more of milk shall be completely dependent be dependent on milk and that’s not good because milk is not going to give sufficient growth as it is required and for that regular food is most important
