Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits. Don't over use senitizer anti bacterials and antibiotics.
