Hi You haven’t mentioned any detail about yourself you know what’s your age how many kids you have when did you have your last delivery nothing like that so I can only tell you as of now first you have to see why you are having swelling in the body 1st to get that treated and then weight loss can easily be achieved by a dieting and exercising
