Avoid foods which are processed , sugary and refined foods
ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, to reduce weight gradually, you should eat mindfully. Avoid processed, packaged and junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
