Amalu ArunMom of a 1 yr 10 m old girl1 Year agoA. after 3 months of delivery you can start mild exercise (just consult your gynac and ask can you start exercise because I don't know your health condition)drink plenty of water,eat healthy diet if you are breastfeeding because what you eat will what your baby get and also use postpartum belly belt it will give you shape
SheebhaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. I reduced my belly using postpartum belt. Also i drank enough water and walked almost 30mins everyday and gradually increased the steps.
