Commonly neck rash may disappear on its own. -Dress up your baby cotton loosly fitted top. -You can also try using cold compress on the affected region to soothe the skin inflammation. -Maintain Good Skin Hygiene. -You can also try massaging your baby with coconut oil twice a day.
