A. if you want to reduce your weight and lower abdomen you need to do some regular exercise like brisk walking for at least half an hour cycling yoga and also reduce extra calories in diet

A. Hello ma’am Work on that area do the core exercises for that particular area and slowly gradually with time your weight will come down but you’ll have to follow a proper and strict diet also looking forward to lose on your weight proportionately through the body
