SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, include buttermilk in every day drink. Give adequate liquid. Give water. Give more fibre and calcium rich food. Always apply oil to hair and leave it for 20 minutes and then give bath. Use lukewarm water to give head bath always. Avoid too much of hot waterWrite Your Answer Here
