Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very normal for small children to have slightly warm/hot head palms and soles but if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry about the warm head palm and soles.
you have to consider it as feverg only if the temperature in the armpit is 100°f / 37.7°c or more.
the warm head palms and soles are due toj hyperdynamic circulation in these areas (that is necessary for development) which is normal.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. It could be a normal body temperature because kids can have a little higher body temperature than adults and which is fine but if you feel it is much higher than it may be fever take a temperature with a thermometer and if it is 99°F or more that means your child is having fever so you can give paracetamol to your child
