Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please keep your child well hydrated dress your child in weather appropriate clothes give massage to your child daily don't use soap while bathing your child don't give bath for more than 10 minutes. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
