how to reduce a tummy after normal delivery... please give suggestion

A. Hello dear No easy way out and you have to work out on a daily basis and do abdominal and toning exercises along with that portion control is a must

A. To reduce tummy fat after delivery, Include fiber and protein rich foods in the diet alongwith variety of fluids like fresh juices, curd, buttermulk, coconut water, etc. You can start doing some skin tining exercises like jogging, brisk walking, squats, breathing and Yogasanas. Restrict intake of sugar, fat and ready to eat foods.
