To reduce tummy fat after delivery, Include fiber and protein rich foods in the diet alongwith variety of fluids like fresh juices, curd, buttermulk, coconut water, etc. You can start doing some skin tining exercises like jogging, brisk walking, squats, breathing and Yogasanas. Restrict intake of sugar, fat and ready to eat foods.
