Sireesha BareddyMom of 2 children1 week agoA. u didn't mention how much he weighs.....it is good he is active physically...give him more protein if u r non vegetarian give him 2 eggs and 200ml milk 2 times daily include fish, chicken intake if he likes to eat it.make dry fruit ladoos give one daily. banana is very good for weight gain.ghee,paneer, homemade sweets with vegetables like carrot, pumpkin, beetroot etc good for healthy weight gain.

give multigrain laddu paneer egg tofu different halva aur Kheer also offer fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits dry fruits for good immunity
