#AskTheExpert hello, I wanna ask about my 3yr old daughter. she is quiet weak. she feels dizziness and she has dark circles...how to improve this weakness

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
