how to protect my child from stomach pain. what type of food should I give.

A. dear mum many times children get stomach issues due to infection so it is very important to maintain good hygiene and hand wash behaviour even for the child give freshly prepared home food variety of food groups should be included in the diet especially seasonal vegetables green leafy vegetables and fruits, curd , which helps to improve gut health avoid processed foods refined grains instead prefer to give whole grains millets pulses legumes avoid bottle feeding Ginger, mint ,jeera, hing can be used
