ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist3 years agoA. for avoiding infections, most important is maintaining hygiene. handwashing plays important role in this. then good protein diet, vitamin c will help in maintaining good immunity. also wear weather appropriate clothing. also check water intake , as dehydration too can result in health problems. breastfeeding gives additional protection through maternal antibodies. vaccination should be uptodate. maintain cleanliness always. .

By Giving proper diet to the child which has good amount of proteins calcium is iron everything which is required calcium fibre fats cards should be a part of daily diet and also start giving multivitamin supplement for about two months to your child you can go for any consulting your doctor
