ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. hi mom wash rice and dal 1 katori separately let it dry completely for sometime dry roast the rice and dal completely. let it cool and grind to fine powder can add 2 tsp in hot water along with vegetable puree and give to baby
