Q.

how to prepare cerelac at home for 6 month old girl ? preferably the one without cooking which 8 can take with me to travel .. i m currently breastfeeding my girl , my mother in law without my knowledge used to give her cow's milk after we came to home from hospital till 2 months and after that I guess she became intolerant to cows milk or any milk besides mine.. even if i dip my finger nd she licks it then she immediately does potty 5-6 times nd becomes very cranky nd gassy so i need something i can feed her because i take care of my child alone no one helps me nd i have to do all the household work nd outside work also . so pls tell me if anyone knows the recipe and solution to this problem of my child

A. you can go through many recipes of making homemade cerelac on internet as well as firstcry and you can go through it and offer all types of complementary food to the child
