ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom you can do by mixing the rice and dals in the ratio of 2:1, you take non husk dals such as moong , tur , chana dal ( only this in small quantity comapretively ) .
wash them well , sun dry and dry roast them and then you can make a fine powder and mix and store in a air tight conatiner,

Roast the dry rice in Kadai and grind it.
Wash the corn seeds thoroughly and dry them for 2-3 days.
Powder the sun-dried corn seeds.
Grind and powder the Almonds, Cashews, and Cardamom well. Mix all ingredients and keep in an airtight jar.
