Q.

How to make my son to take nap at day time.....he is so active that he forgets about his sleep only when he is hungry he cries otherwise no sleep .....even at night I have to struggle a lot for his sleep by 11..

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable witgh no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not wjorry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
