Q.

I have 1.5 year old daughter. I breastfeed her before nap and sleep time. I want to wean breast feeding gradually. I tried to skip evening feed. But my problem is my daughter takes lunch at 2 pm and after that lunch she does not eat or take any snack. So when I tried to sleep her without feeding she cried a lot and could not sleep as I could also feel that she must be hungry so I need advice how to skip feeding before nap if by that time l she is hungry

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.f Diet counselling is also vvxery important .

A. Most of the kids are going to sleep with feeding only before taking a nap and if you do not want to go ahead with video Chalu can go ahead with giving powder milk or water milk to the child whatever you want to you cannot make your child sleep hungry because you do not want to see the Chalisa completely normal habit moreover you can change the habit after the age of 22 1/2 years slowly you can try
