Hello, your baby boy is 2 years old and if he is brushing his teeth with toothpaste then you should give him an ayurvedic paste and it’s very better to use dant manjan instead of toothpaste as it’s not possible for him to see the gargling after paste

At This age kids cannot basically so it’s important that you go for any toothpaste which is hundred percent fluoride free so even if your child is going to have it with water it is not going to affect the child in any manner which is why it is said that up till the age of 5 to 7 years you should only use fluoride free toothpaste
