how to make kids meal chart with using mostly vitamins and all

A. Hello mom a balanced diet is necessary for over all growth of the child . Alone vitamins will not help . Good proportion of carbohydrates , protein and fats and vitamins and minerals are necessary. Main source of vitamins are seasonal fruits and vegetables . This you can place it at mostly all meal time , fruits though can be given as snack time as well too
