how to make homemade cerelac please suggest ingredients to make it then how to feed baby to this plz tell here now baby is 168days old shall I start cerelac

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Once your baby completes six months you can start giving Cerelac abd you can add moong dal rice initially and gradually as baby accepts it you san start adding other lentils like masoor dal

You can boil it in water and start feeding your baby in small quantities served in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls. Detailed recipes are given on FirstCry parenting app articles section.
