Mansi MishraMom of a 4 yr 7 m old girl1 week agoA. keep things as simple as possible for 6 months old baby .. dry roast makhana and powder it , sieve it if you want and store it in airtight container.. this is instant cerelac mix it with water, or formula milk and give it to baby .. you can give chana sattu as cerelac or you can make it at home.. take roasted chana .. powder and sieve it and store in airtight container.. you can mix salt or sugar as per baby's preference or his taste or akip if you want and use as per need... discard both cerelac after 3 hours of preparation as if can be harmful after such long duration.. similarly you can dry roast murmura and use its powder .. dont give dal rice mixes in travel or multiple things in cerelac at once it can trigger colic and make baby gassy and upset its stomach ..
