How to make carrot puree for babies

Hi you should wash carrot properly and then peel it , cut into pieces and put them in pressure cooker..wait for 2 whistles and then let the carrot get cool down , take out In a pan and blend it with the help of blender, you can add water to adjust the consistency.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Wash the carrots well. Peel it. Cut it into small pieces and steam cook the carrots. Then mash the carrots well intona puree form. If required u can add some breastmilk to get a nice texture.
