Can I give Carrot Puree to my 8 month old baby. I heard that carrot bahut garam hota hai for babies?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, you can give carrot puree to 8 month old baby. Give three meal and one snack a day Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form. Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies.. You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello it is absolutely safe to give baby carrot puree and is totally safe and is rich in vitamin a and is good for the eyes also and please do give it and it does not harm baby on anyway and is one of the must vegetable for the baby and do give it
