ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. for a 3 month old baby brush twice daily using a silicone finger brush. after a few months start using a grain size of kids age appropriate toothpaste like colgate kids cheerio or kidodent.

You Should always clean the tongue of the child properly with a tongue cleaner and if there are teeth you can just take a wet cloth and you can clean the gums of the child that way that is also going to help as of now till the time a child does not have teeth you can maintain oral hygiene dasso
