A. Hello Once you stop Breastfeeding your baby, you can start to exercise for atleast 45 minutes daily Include lean protein foods like skim milk, egg whites, pulses sprouts curd, Vegetables, salads daily Avoid Biscuits, sugar, sweets, fried & junk foods
