how to loose weight after pragnancy?

A. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food, sugary n oily food. do regular exercise.

A. hi if it has been 6 months after delivery ,start doing exercises and yoga regularly. you can do Suryanamashkar , yogasana like padpachimotanasan , dhanurashan , matsyasan, bhujangaasna, chakrasasana etc eat couple of bites less than usual. avoid taking junk food items. drink plenty of water.
