NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can check wither by express your milk using Babyhug breastpump or you can check on baby urine count if minimum 6 to 8 times means baby is getting sufficient breast milk and if baby is gaining a minimum of 150 g to 200 g per week then also means it is a good weight gain
