how I can find my BM is sufficient for my baby

A. check the pee count..it should be more than 6 then the BM is sufficient..

A. hello to make sure the baby is getting sufficient breast milk you can check on your baby urine output and the count is minimum 8 times to 10 times in a day which means that baby is getting sufficient breast milk or if baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams 800 grams per monthn also indicates baby is getting sufficient feed
