ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Adequate wet diapers or nappies. Colorless and odourless urine minimum 6-7 times a day. If you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then his/hunger little tummy is still hungry. feed ur baby is every 2 hours.

Sowmya MMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello actually like the baby will cry or be very crancky if the feeding is not sufficient so just try intake of food and feed your baby exclusively and also you can express the milk and check
