Q.

My one breast is producing milk while the other is producing very little or no milk. The breast producing milk has grown large and is very discomfort. Please suggest.

A. You have to feed the baby from both the breast and gradually the other breast will also produce equal milk and massage your breast towards nipple and apply warm compress over breast and keep feeding the baby

A. Hello That’s normal because when you use only one breast to breastfeed the child or only one breast is making milk and you are feeding the child from that it is going to be the same only so you try to keep feeding your child from the second breast also you never know if the child starts taking a little bit of feeding or sucking from there then maybe Milk will start forming into that breast also but as of now you cannot do anything you can do is do hot compress regularly
