How to know, breastmilk flow is good or poor?

Make sure mother is having good diet and hydrated well . take iron calcium regularly. if child passes pee and poops regularly and looks satisfied and gaining weight then everything is fine

Hello ma’am Okay you can try expressing your feet with your hands and see if the flow is good then it will come out with a faster speed that’s the way to figure it out and also if your child is having proper feed and not asking for another feet for 2 to 2 1/2 hours that means whatever field you are providing and the amount is good for the
