and baby may look dehydrated.
give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
in case of any doubt please consult your paediatrician

if your child passes stool in too much watery consistency for more than 10 times then it is called diaherra.
if it is so , please visit your pediatrician.
keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food
maintain good hygiene
