ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. If you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then she is still hungry or tummy is not full yet.

Premature babies are typically poor feeders because they often have not yet developed the skills needed to suck and swallow milk. Still, feeding usually increases as baby grows.
