#asktheexperts hello sir... my daughter is 8 month old and my milk is not sufficient for her. please suggest me what I should eat for more milk....?

A. Start taking cumin water in the morning soak one teaspoon cumin in one glass of water and in morning drink it and start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and drink plenty of liquids

A. take in diet green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds jeera sabudana Dalia ragi oats drumstick garlic take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardhan gradually increase the solid intake and decrease milk intake
