how to keep baby cool and calm in scorching heat and humid weather without cooler or AC

A. You can use fun there is no other way to keep the child cool because that is going to be very important to call you to take care of so I’m just going to advise you to use proper fan on full speed if you cannot manage AC or cooler that’s the only thing
