Q.
How to increase the milk supply ? Now I’m giving formulated milk for my baby girl and I’m giving breast milk also but it is not filling the baby what can do for increases breast milk

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. have lactation tablets have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
