How to increase milk production.. As my baby is 3+. I have to feed him in every 2 hours? So what can I do to increase my milk production

Try fenugreek Capsules if they help you in increasing your left then nothing like it otherwise I’m going to advise you that you consult your doctor for a better guidance over the medicine they will advise you with the right lactation supplement otherwise this one is very good
